Stayed here over Easter. the staff were polite and friendly. Had a lovely view from our window. good value.
The hallways and elevator had a weird smell and the water pressure in the shower was low. the room lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer and coffee maker.

The facilities such as Wi-Fi and shower were available. Central festival hat yai was within easy reach. Car parking was provided to the guests. Great choice for city break

Quick room service. A short walk to odean shopping mall and other tourist spots. Take a look at Hat Yai Downtown neighbourhood, it's worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to major recommended restaurants in Hatyai market area. It is also very close to the center of Hatyai, making it a convenient choice for business travelers. the spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, with amenities such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the friendly and well-trained staff ensure a pleasant experience , attending to any requests in a timely manner.
The soundproofing of the rooms might need improvement as some guests have commented on being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We had a romantic escape at this new hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the spacious and well-lit bathroom with large shower. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the convenient location near many shops and restaurants.
We could hear other guests talking and walking in the hallway all night long. The air conditioning was difficult to control and kept turning off randomly.
